Hi, my name is Mark Ainley from GC Realty and Development. Now I am an investor in residential and commercial properties and I'm also a founding partner of GC Realty and Development, which is a property manager.
I talked to a lot of investors on a daily basis. I have access to see where buyers are getting deals, where we're getting deals. So I was like share with people looking to buy inside Chicago and the surrounding Chicago suburbs. Information on where they should be looking for deals. Now, I won't be able to give you all the information here on this video because this changes on a regular basis. But my goal of this video is to let you know there's multiple options out there. I mean, you could find properties that are off market all the time from property managers like us. Often we have owners that for one reason or another are looking to sell. Right now, we have an owner that is going through divorce and he's got no option but to just put a good deal out there so he had that part done. So it keeps further on for us. Now, that's an opportunity for viewers like you. So there's off market deals like that. Is off-market deals such as wholesalers. Now I have a list of five or six of very reputable wholesalers that push a livens or an off market inventory around Chicagoland area. And getting on their list is something that you want to do as an investor or a cash buyer.
So that's information I can help provide you as well to you know, you have the MLS, which is the traditional way and there's deals on there. But you want to make sure that you're working with the right realtor. If you're working with a realtor that focuses on a different part of the city and that you're looking it's probably not a good idea. If you're working with a realtor that has no investment background that can at least guide you and be able to pick out a good deal out of a sea of bad deals, that that's not good either. So I can also help connect you with the right realtor for the right area, for the right type of asset class you're looking for. There's tax auctions. We could talk about that as well, too. And there's lots of other ways, HUD homes and so forth, that you as investor can find opportunities. So my information is below here. You can jump on a call.
