GC Realty & Development, LLC ("GC Realty," "we," "us") sends and receives text messages (SMS/MMS) with tenants, property owners, and vendors regarding property-management matters, including maintenance coordination and scheduling, rent and account reminders, leasing inquiries, and general support.

2. Consent. By providing your mobile number to GC Realty — including in a lease or management agreement, a rental application, a maintenance request, or directly to our staff — you agree to receive text messages from us at that number related to the services above. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or rental.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt out. Reply **STOP** to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt back in by replying **START**.

7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Eligibility. The messaging program is intended for U.S. recipients who are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
