Do you work with Section 8 voucher holders?
Yes, we do accept section 8 voucher holder participants on all our properties. Bedroom voucher size must cover asking rent once utility stipends are backed out. Utility allowance is taken into consideration so please be aware of what utility the resident is responsible for because this affects the approved rent amount.. Some properties will not pass inspection and this may be noted in the marketing remarks.

HOA NOTICE: All move-ins must be scheduled through the Eliot House Management Office and must be preceded by a move-in conference at which time new residents receive an orientation of the building. Move ins can be booked in four hour increments Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00. Move in fees are $400 plus a refundable damage deposit of $300 (separate checks). Non-Refundable Move-In Fee (Saturdays Only) $500.
The non-refundable application fee is $60 per adult 18 and over. In lieu of a security deposit, resident will pay a non-refundable move in fee of $760.00. Renters Insurance is required to move in. All approved applicants will have a $150.00 lease administrative fee added to your total move in funds required. This fee will not go towards any other deposits, move in fees, or rent. Less then qualified may be approved but with extra requirements. Pet fees will apply if applicable. No leases will end in the months of Oct. Nov. or Dec. all leases will be extended until Jan. 2025.
