Utilities: All utilities responsible by the tenant per the lease must be placed in tenants name prior to move in and the utility company account numbers provided to the move in coordinator.
Renters Insurance: Tenant will provide proof of renter's insurance with personal liability coverage no less than $50,000 with GC Realty & Development listed as additional insured prior to moving into the home with the following as an additional insured. Dog bite liability is required for any homes with a dog.
Move in Funds: All move in funds noted above must be submitted via certified payment deposited to Chase or Zelle QuickPay no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled move in. All funds are to be paid in full.
