Do you work with Section 8 voucher holders?
Yes, we do accept section 8 voucher holder participants on all our properties. Bedroom voucher size must cover asking rent once utility stipends are backed out. Utility allowance is taken into consideration so please be aware of what utility the resident is responsible for because this affects the approved rent amount.. Some properties will not pass inspection and this may be noted in the marketing remarks.

Property Details
The non-refundable application fee is $60/adult (18+). Qualified tenants pay the first full month's rent & security deposit equal to (1) month's rent. One-time $200.00 lease admin fee is added to your total move in funds & will not go towards rent/deposits. Less than qualified apps may be approved w/extra requirements. Pet fees will apply if allowed. Internet/cable install paid by the resident. Renters Insurance required to move in. No lease will end in the months of Oct, Nov, or Dec, all leases will be extended until March 31st, 2027.
